i). Payment via Credit card  (for paying via fax)

 (all major credit cards are accepted for all charges: VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).

For payment by credit card via fax, please firstly complete the registration form.  After that, complete the "Agreement of payment" form and send it to the Alfa Tour Hotel, tel/fax: +7 (495) 645-61-70.   On receiving your Agreement of Payment the Alfa tour hotel will charge the stated amount from the indicated credit card and send the confirmation of payment to the participant.

ii). Payment by Bank transfer

If payment by bank transfer is preferred, firstly send your completed registration form. Then, the invoice for the total amount of payment for the chosen services will be created automatically, during the on-line registration process. Please print it and provide the payment to the following bank account :-

When performing the bank transfer, please, include name of conference and your name in the payment order.

iii). Internet payment    This system of payment will be working soon.  Check the website for availability:  www.rusipa.ru  

For the Internet payments Alfa tour hotel uses AssistTM as the secure credit card Internet payment system. AssistTM e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making your purchase safe on-line. If you have chosen an Internet payment option, simply follow the instructions when available.  Only VISA and EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted!
